Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aifreedom.in (the "Site") and any courses, workshops, content, or services offered by AI Freedom Institute ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

AI Freedom Institute is an Indian education provider founded by Ajit (AI Finance Guy). We deliver practical AI training to schools, corporate teams, individuals, and business owners — primarily through online courses, in-person workshops, and content. Our principal point of contact is info@aifreedom.in.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on the Site, or have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement. Schools and organisations purchasing on behalf of minors take responsibility for the appropriate consents under their own policies.

3. Account & Course Access

The Site does not require an account to purchase courses. After successful payment, your course access is granted by storing a proof-of-payment record in your browser (localStorage). This means:

  • Course access is device-bound. If you clear browser data, switch devices, or use a different browser, you will lose your access record.
  • If you lose access, contact info@aifreedom.in with your Razorpay Payment ID and we will manually restore access.
  • Sharing your purchased content with others is a violation of these Terms (see Section 7 — Intellectual Property).

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay, an authorised Indian payment gateway. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and approved wallets. Prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional pricing (e.g. "60% OFF — today only") is time-limited and may change without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

We aim to deliver courses you genuinely benefit from. Our refund policy is straightforward:

  • Within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked: if you have completed less than 25% of the course content, we will refund your payment in full upon written request to info@aifreedom.in within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • After 7 days or after completing more than 25% of the course: refunds are at our sole discretion and are normally not provided, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical inability to access purchased content that we are unable to resolve.
  • B2B (school / corporate workshops): deposits are non-refundable once a workshop date has been confirmed. Reschedules are permitted up to 7 days before the workshop at no charge; later reschedules incur a 25% rebooking fee.

6. Course Content & Limitations

We provide our content "as is" and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date. However:

  • AI tools, prices, features, and platforms change frequently. We update content periodically but cannot guarantee every reference is current.
  • We do not guarantee specific income, employment, or business outcomes. Earning examples in marketing materials describe what is possible with effort and execution — not a promise.
  • The AI Trading Mastery course is educational content only. It is not investment advice. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers. Stock-market and crypto trading involves substantial risk including loss of capital. Make investment decisions only after consulting a qualified, registered adviser.

7. Intellectual Property

All course videos, written content, downloadable resources, prompts, templates, and brand assets on the Site are owned by AI Freedom Institute and protected by Indian and international copyright law. By purchasing a course, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own learning. You may not:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, or republish course content.
  • Record, screenshot for distribution, or download videos for re-upload.
  • Use course materials to train AI/ML models.
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices.

Templates and prompt libraries supplied as bonuses include a commercial-use licence for your own freelance / business work, but not for resale as a product.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any law or third-party right.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or harassing content.
  • Scrape course content for redistribution or AI training purposes.

9. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site links to external services (ChatGPT, Gemini, Fiverr, Upwork, Razorpay, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties. Use of any external service is governed by that service's own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and our content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, and we are not responsible for any loss of data on your device.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AI Freedom Institute, its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site or our courses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Freedom Institute and its founder from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of course content.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any course if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Sections 7, 10, 11, 14) shall survive.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via email correspondence with our Grievance Officer for at least 30 days.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest change. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance.
